Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365) provides a suite of powerful productivity tools, and Outlook is one of the most widely used email clients. Follow these steps to set up your Microsoft 365 account in Outlook for iOS 

 

Adding Microsoft 365 Account to Outlook on iOS:

  1. Download and Install Outlook: If you don't have Outlook installed, download it from the App Store.

  2. Open Outlook: Launch the Outlook app on your iOS device.

  3. Tap "Get Started": Tap "Get Started" and then select "Add Account."

  4. Enter Your Email Address: Enter your full Microsoft 365 email address and tap "Add Account."

  5. Sign In to Microsoft 365: Enter your Microsoft 365 password and tap "Sign In."

  6. Configure Account Settings: Outlook will automatically configure server settings. You may be asked to grant permissions for mail, calendar, and contacts access.

  7. Choose Account Features: Select the features you want to use with your Microsoft 365 account, such as Mail, Calendar, and Contacts. Tap "Save."

  8. Set Up Notifications: Customize notification settings for new emails, events, and more. Tap "OK" when you're done.

  9. Access Your Account: You're all set! Your Microsoft 365 account is now added to Outlook on your iOS device.
